Music is a significant aspect of life at First Presbyterian Church of Logan. We appreciate the many generous members who help our church community worship with their vocal or instrumental talents.
Chancel Choir
The Chancel Choir sings for the 10:30am Sunday traditional service in the sanctuary each week and offers special musical events throughout the year. The choir is directed by Dolan Bayless and enjoys providing wonderful music for our worshiping community.
The choir practices from 6:30-8pm on Mondays nights during choir season (September through May). If you are interested in joining the Chancel Choir or inquiring about their work please contact us. Director Dolan Bayless would be happy to discuss the choir with you.
The Chancel Choir takes a summer break during the months of June, July, and August.
Westminster Handbell Choir
The Westminster Handbell Choir, directed by Mary Beck, has become extremely popular in Cache Valley with a reputation for excellence in a variety of music--religious, patriotic, classical, or show tunes. Many ringers comprise this interfaith bell choir, enjoying the challenging teamwork of playing five octaves of bells and chimes. The Westminster Bell Choir plays on the third Sunday of each month during the 10:30 worship service, and several other times a year during special worship services, including our 7pm Christmas Eve service. The choir also rings for Christmas programs at the Logan Tabernacle, and for other organizations.
The bell choir practices from 6-9pm on Thursday nights during choir season (September through May). The choir takes a break for the summer months (June, July, and August).
If you are interested in joining the Westminster Ball Choir please contact Mary Beck,
