On the first and third Saturdays of each month FPC Logan hosts the Loaves & Fishes community meal. This meal feeds those who are hungry and perhaps more importantly helps to create community. Volunteers from across Cache Valley prepare each meal (a different group for each meal) with the guidance and supervision of Loaves & Fishes leadership.
The Loaves & Fishes organization is committed to serving Cache Valley and its residents with a mission of bringing our diverse community together around a common table to provide a meal that nourishes body and spirit through relationship, service, and fellowship.
First Presbyterian Church of Logan provides the volunteers for one Loaves & Fishes meal each year, although several church members are regular volunteers and can be found helping at every meal.
